Are You Taking Your Body For Granted?

See that car parked outside? Or that phone in your hand? Many of us take better care of our belongings than we do of our own bodies. We give them the best materials, take them for regular check-ups, and fix them immediately when something goes wrong. But what about our bodies?
It’s with us from the first day to the last. It carries us through life, allowing us to experience joy, pain, and love. Yet, many of us take it completely for granted.
Why? Because it’s "always there." It’s constantly with us, so it doesn't even occur to us that we might be unknowingly destroying it. We fill it with bad food, neglect exercise, and ignore warning signs. We believe it will simply endure, no matter what.
The real wake-up call often comes only when it’s too late. When something goes wrong and the body starts to protest – pain, illness, or exhaustion appears. Only then do we realize that the only thing we truly have is our health.
Giving your body only what harms it is like fueling a premium car with the wrong kind of gas. It might run for a while, but sooner or later, the engine will seize.
It's time to change that. Start treating your body with the love and respect it deserves. Don't wait until it forces you to.
Your body didn't send you a bill, it didn't send you a warning text. It sends you signals every day. Learn to listen to them.
